Party in My Tummy
Ever had a party in your tummy? I have! Be warned, though. Like at some parties I've been too, half-way through the song, the carrots start crying.
- Keep Trying
- A song about—what else?—persistence! Keep trying! Keep trying!
Just say the magic words...
Yo Gabba Gabba!

These are the little toys that come to life to play and sing when you say the magic words... Yo Gabba Gabba! From left to right, they are Plex the yellow robot, Muno, the red cyclops, Julius Monkey, Toodee the blue cat-dragon, Brobee the green little one, and Foofa the pink flower bubble.

Clues to Yo Gabba Gabba
Follow the trail
Nobody really knows what it is or when it will become a real show. But here are a few clues about people who are, or seem to be, involved in the project.
- Yo Gabba Gabba
Yo Gabba Gabba appears to the the creation of Scott Schultz and Christian Jacobs, AKA The MC Bat Commander (tall pic on the left) of the Aquabats...
-
The Aquabats
The Aquabats (shown on the right) are deeply involved in the Yo Gabba Gabba project, and it's not surprising when you see their website. It's certainly weird enough!
And who do you suppose helped with the Aquabats costumes, but the designer, Paul Frank himself...
- Paul Frank's Julius Monkey
I'll bet you thought Julius Monkey was only found on handbags and houseshoes. Paul Frank, the creator and designer of our favorite monkey, is also a fan of new wave music, and a friend of the Aquabats. He has graciously allowed his protege to appear on the show! Julius Monkey is featured on the trailer, along with Biz Markie, the Clown Prince of Hip Hop...
- Biz Markie

Biz Markie, The Clown Prince of Hip Hop, is shown on the trailer. He is, unfortunately, the end of our trail of clues...
My other Toddler TV lenses
I love this show. It's sweet, interesting, curious, loving, and just delightful.
C'mon. You know you want to look. They may talk funny, but they're cute!
I didn't believe that the Teletubbies people could get any weirder, but they managed it.
Ah. Barney. What can I say? This lens is not recommended for viewing by people under age 10.

What do you think of Yo Gabba Gabba, from what you've seen? Is it the next big thing? Or is it just a silly fad that will pass?

- We LOVE Yo Gabba Gabba here.
At first I was like, what the heck is this crazy show.
But if you listen to the songs, they have really good lessons and meanings behind them.
My 2yr old LOVES the show, and even "shook it off" when she got hurt instead of crying.
We LOVE this show.
