We will do Yoga and Pranayama in the mornings, take beautiful hikes in the afternoon, and meditation in the evening. We will have a vegetarian cooking class massage lessons. There will be tours available for those interested in sight seeing!

In Tuscany we are staying at a very exclusive property that specializes in Luxury Wine Tasting Tours and YOGA due to their facilities and yoga room.
