Josh Groban became a huge star early in his career
Josh Groban has performed at the Superbowl, the World Series, the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony, the Oscars and at the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games in Salt Lake City.
He has appeared on the Oprah show and the Tonight show and has also been to South Africa where he met Nelson Mandela. The trip inspired Josh to be an ambassador in the fight against aids in Africa. Josh has also formed the Josh Groban foundation. With the help of his fans (called Grobanites) thousands of dollars have been raised to help the Noah's Ark children's orphanage called Siyawela in South Africa.
The big break came for Josh Groban when he was only seventeen. He was asked to sing a duet with Celine Dion by the producer David Foster. Josh was asked at the last minute to replace Andreas Boticelli who fell ill at the Grammy Awards. Since then Josh Groban has gone from success to success.
