A Millionaire's Mindset

What is the mindset of a millionaire? What separates them from the rest? That's a question I've asked myself and have sought to find the answer. Firstly, the millionaires of the world know a lot about money management. They are penny wise.

They are often entrepreneurs, that construct business. They are constantly searching for opportunities, and have the knack of knowing what will and won't work. They also have a mindset that sets them apart from the majority.

.

Millionaires love their work.

Millionaires are usually people who select a career in something that they love to do, this makes working a pleasure instead of a chore. Dull boring jobs can have a very negative effect upon a person, it makes it very hard to go to work day in day out - and you get into a rut.

Millionaires know that its much easier to go to "work" everyday if you are enthusiastic and full of energy with a lot to give. In fact most millionaires don't see their "work" as work. How many successful people do you see in an interview say that they're being paid for doing what they love to do.

Millionaires take risks

Millionaires are people who are prepared to take more risks than the average person. Most of the population don't want to risk losing their nest egg - not millionaires.

I've heard of successful people getting knocked down again and again. They simply pick themselves up, dust themselves off and try something new, having learnt from their mistake. This is what is imperative - to never give up. To give up is to fail. You might fall over dozens of times before you finally hit gold. Thomas Edison had thousands of attempts at inventing the light bulb - what an amazing man. The next time something doesn't work for you the first couple of times, think of him and keep at it, till you get there.

Your Millionare Mindset is waiting for you.

Millionaires and goals

Millionaires most definitely have goals and they read them everyday. They keep at it until their goal is achieved and they don't usually go for the small fry. They believe in themselves and if one way isn't working, they simply find another way around the challenge.

Small things like, saving a few dollars on an item on sale or paying a little bit extra on your mortgage or loan - will, in the long run, get you to the finish line. I for one had a goal of paying off the family home. With the extra bits of cash we received over the years, instead of buying things we couldn't really afford, we poured every cent over and above of what we didn't need, into the mortgage. Result - one house paid for.

List your goals, small ones at first, and once you achieve them, make them bigger. Write them down on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis, and read them daily.

What's the difference between a millionaire and a billionaire???

A billionaire reads their goals twice per day!
