How do I write a novel

I love this book. It is clear, concise and lays out an easy step by step guide of how you can write your novel in 30 days. Its method reduces rewrites too!

Its great if you are writing your first novel. You do need to have you ideas fairly well established to make the most of this method though. Personally I would use this book combined with a book on generating ideas and one on how a writer thinks to cover all bases.

I would also set up a system on how to write a novel outline so it is easier to keep track of. Keep a list of your chapters and intentions. You can use word for this or you can use one of the specialist software designed for us writers such as New Novelist which helps you decide on how to write a novel outline and what to put in it.
