If you are doing something that is not pleasant or just don't like doing, then it will find a way to subconsciously stop you from doing it. So just erase that word from your vocabulary.Losing weight will be a natural side effect of a healthy lifestyle (i.e. eating right, exercising and sleep.) We are all taught in middle school about the importance of eating a balanced diet and getting exercise. As an adult though, when you are trying to figure out exactly what to eat, prepare it, then go exercise along with everything else we have to do our typical day, it becomes very difficult to put it all together which then leads us to processed foods and relaxing in front of the TV.

6) Fight the urge to snack with healthy choices - try eating a rice cake or carrots for example, it will give you the crunch and bulk to fight your hunger pangs until lunch or dinner
7) Circuit Training - Excercising with a combination of Cardio and Strength will give you a great calorie shedding workout and keep you from getting bored.8) Don't skip meals - Especially breakfast, just be aware of the amount and types of food you are eating. Skipping meals can actually lower your metabolism because your body begins to think it is going into starvation mode and will try to store more calories.
