The reason why I created this lens is to help those who might be health conscious or those who want some improvement in their health by informing people on what's really out there in the market place. Is it based on quality or advertisement? Is it driven by science or is it because of a trend?
One of the things I learned is don't wait for something bad to happen to you before you decide to make a change in lifestyle.
The ironic thing is when you're young, you sacrifice your health for wealth... then when you're older, you sacrifice your wealth to get your health BACK.
What I'm about to share is third-party validation. The question is...what nutritionals CAN you trust? (I'll explain details below).
