The Secret to Firm Sexy Abs!

One of the main problems holding you back from that lean, sexy dream body you've always wanted is because you can't stick to a nutritious plan, you need some help with that.

You must find or prepare delicious snacks and meals that are designed to put you in the driver seat of self-control! What good does it do to eat well during the day and then snack on chocolate-something loaded-with-fat at night? You need to stave off those huge cravings. You need a plan on how to plan a day full of nutritious food that turns the fat triggers off for good and makes life fun again! You can also learn how to eat the right amount or portions of food - we all eat way too much and think it this is normal! You need to understand what the heck those labels mean on the cans of the food you buy at the grocery store and what those can mean to figure and your abs!
Portion size strategies and you need to truly KNOW what are quick and healthy appetizers, main dishes, side dishes, breads, desserts, and beverages.

The secret to sexy abs lies in all these factors because the truth is - you already have sexy abs - you have just covered them up with layers of fat! No wonder those crunches don't work! Well, they are working, no one can see the muscles you are hiding behind the layer of fat disguising them. So don't stop crunching, just get some help with knowing how to burn off that fat hiding your sexy abs for the summer!

I taught Hip-Hop at a gym in South Georgia in 2007

I taught a group of men, women and college students last year in 2007 a hip-hop class and we had the time of our lives!

Most of them within six weeks time had lost 2-5 inches in their waists and we all noticed significant definition, cuts in our abs, weight loss, strengthened back muscles due to the hip-hop moves and overall good-looking abdominals.

Besides that, we had a blast and usually laughed our way through the moves since we did not exactly parrot the guys/girls on TV and the DVDs, but we didn't care, we were having fun.

Just so you will know, hip/hop routines and ab-targeted workouts DO work if you do them consistently at least twice a week every week for at least a period of six weeks that we did. Take your measurements before and after and you will be amazed.
