Better Marketing Tool? Youtube or Craigslist?

Let's first look at youtube. You get to make a video. That pretty much blows away anything you can do on craigslist. Yeah, on craigslist it's easier to reach thousands of people without being very innovative. You get to sell yourself though, which is the most important part. You get to give people the opportunity to say, "wow that guy is cool, I want to buy HIS product so I can be like HIM." That's what they say when they watch my videos anyway. Not sure about you guys. The MOIS Chick taught me how to be nasty. It's the number one rated program on this site. If you are new to marketing and would like to get on my level, check it out.

Also, youtube doesn't have the restrictions on it that craigslist does. You can't do MLM or affiliate marketing on there, that is, if you are a law abiding citizen. You can get on youtube and say downline, downline, sponsor, upline, mlm, mlm, mlm! And they won't flag you, ban you, OR sue you.

Alright at this point it seems like a pretty one-sided argument, doesn't it? Well, there are two sides to the story.

If you think you have a product that applies so well to your niche that is an automatic sale, then use craigslist (and post a link to it on my blog). You can get as many people to see it as you want on craigslist. You can post 1000 ads a day that will all be seen by many people. I learned to put craigslist on blast with this program. Ch-ch-check it out. It is hard to get thousands of views on youtube every day. I can get around a hundred a day and I'm a freakin expert, so I doubt you can get that many. Plus I'm much better looking and am a physical specimen at a God-Like 6'6 and 240 pounds. Those are great features to have when using youtube.

Let's review. So if you are just trying to reach as many people as possible, go to craigslist. If you are trying to sell something that requires some selling, and maybe costs more, youtube is the way to go. I usually just hop in one of my Range Rovers, take one of my finest ladies, turn on some Kanye West, and put on my stunna shades. After that I start blabbering about nonsense and then at the end I say BUY THIS. Not really. But that would work a lot better than these guys that slap on a $10 dress shirt and stare straight at a card that is taped to their digital camera. Youtube videos aren't to prove you can read. They are to prove that you are a badass that can SELL. I don't know about you, but I've never seen one of those videos and said, "Wow, this is someone I'd really like to get on board with."
So, what is it? Youtube or Craigslist? Use them both. Track your success. I use youtube more.

Or if you wanna get buckwild and totally like omg crazy you can blast the internet with 1,000,000 SPAM emails. But that's illegal. So we call it Web Traffic Marketing. Besides, these people all opted in for internet marketing emails at one time or another, so we're allowed. Torture 81 million poor souls with your painful sales pitches.
