YUM Soft Plastic Baits and Attractant
- Yum Dancin' Eel
- A "best of both worlds" bait, the Dancin' Eel couples the wobble of a crankbait with the free motion only soft plastic lures can provide. Every turn of the reel handle or movement of the rod tip brings this bait to life. The Dancin' Eel has a refillable internal scent chamber to make the lure more irresistible.
- YUM Super CrawBug
- The YUM Super CrawBug soft plastic fishing lure is as close to the real bass snack as it gets - even better, because it's supercharged with Live Prey Technology. The pre-rigged Super CrawBug features a premium hook, prong-style twin cable weedguard, and a scent chamber. You can inject your favorite flavor of YUM attractant into the chamber so that scent attracts big trophy size fish up to 25 casts
- YUM Sweet Shrimp
- The YUM Sweet Shrimp is equipped with YUM's exclusive scent chamber and is designed to be filled with YUM Shrimp Attractant, which slowly disperses as the Sweet Shrimp dances along, attracting fish from long distances. Perfectly weighted and equipped with a molded in single upward-pointing hook, the Sweet Shrimp can be bounced across a sandy bottom, worked to swim with shrimp-like erratic darts or suspended beneath a popping cork.
- YUM Wooly Bug
- The YUM Wooly Bug creature bait fishing lure takes all of the best characteristics of flipping and pitching baits and combines them into one unbelievable fish-catching package for the big fish angler. Flip it into cover, shake it, hop it and get ready - the Wooly Bug gets bit. The large, ribbed body displaces more water, the pincers add to the lifelike profile and the Beavertail provides the action bass haven't seen before.
- YUM Sweet Cheeks
- YUM Bait's Sweet Cheeks can trigger even lethargic, cover-oriented fish to take a swipe! Like other swim baits, it has a weighted head, with reflective eyes and a holographic insert, and a fitted soft plastic body, but that's where the similarities end. The Sweet Cheeks fishing lure is weedless, thanks to its prong-style twin cable weedguard.
- YUM Gonzo Grub
- The twintail skirted soft plastic YUM Gonzo Grub is designed to be fished on a standard or football style jighead. Super-charged with LPT and salt, the Gonzo Grub's skirt and body are molded as one piece ensuring consistent product quality.
- YUM Muy Grubs
- YUM Muy (Moo-ee) Grubs are thick-bodied soft plastic grubs for tournament bass fishing and also for large panfish, trout, walleye and many other freshwater and saltwater species.
- YUM Sooie
- The YUM Sooie is a creature / crawler bait with swimming legs and a tube style tail. It is super-charged with LPT (Live Prey Technology) and is great for Carolina rigging or flippin'.
- YUM Buzz Frog
- The secret to the YUM BuzzFrog's popularity is the "gurgle" it produces as it's retrieved. The BuzzFrog's feet provide the movement bass can't resist. The body textures simulate the feel of a real frog and it is impregnated with Live Prey Technology, YUM's exclusive scent/attractant, so bass hang on longer.
- YUM Boogee Tail
- The YUM Boogee Tail spinnerbait trailer is designed with multiple rings to catch water, giving the trailer an enticing "up-n-down" action. This split-tail spinnerbait trailer is super-charged with YUM LPT (Live Prey Technology) and salt to temp even the most wary of gamefish.

- YUM Wooly Beavertail
- This is one of my favorite year-round lures. When there is a cold front with bluebird skies or a prompt east wind, I like to rig the Beavertail on a 1/4-ounce Excalibur Tg Tungsten weight with a 4/0 Excalibur Tx3 Wide Gap hook. I tie all this onto 20-pound Silver Thread line.
- YUM Mega Tube
- When you use a YUM Mega Tube, most of the time you'll fish it Texas rigged. However, try fishing it weightless with just an Excalibur Tx3 Wide Gap Hook. This method works best when flipping.
- YUM Dinger
- While most people think of the YUM Dinger as a "weightless free-fall" bait, I have found it to be very effective as a drop-shot bait for largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass from early pre-spawn through the cold water of late fall.
- YUM CrawBug
- Everyone is talking about how productive the 4" YUM CrawBug is. But I'm catching lots of big fish on this bait in some pretty non-traditional ways.

- YUM Houdini Shad
- The Houdini Shad looks somewhat like other soft jerkbaits...until you look closer. The tail is designed so that you can use it three different ways easily - with the full paddle type tail, a hollow paddle tail or a forked tail. Those of you who have fished with these type baits will recognize how much difference the tail makes on the action. I will give you a tip as to one way it works.
- YUM Dinger
- The YUM Dinger line of soft plastics have done more for my fishing than any other bait on the market. One of my favorite techniques is during the post-spawn. I rig a YUM Dinger wacky style. I do this by running the hook right through the middle without a weight. I use a spinning rod and skip the bait right under docks and overhanging trees.
- YUM Samurai Shad
- Whether it is saltwater, hybrid or white bass, there is no better time to catch striper than the spring spawning run. Depending on the severity of the winter, the spawning ritual can take place as early as the end of February, but in my home of Alabama it usually begins to heat up around the full moon of March. The best times usually occur between the new moon and the full moon of March and April and can last through the full moon of May.

Very informative lens. Yep - this stuff works. Try the YUM Dinger mid-summer in the grass for lazy Largies (ssshhh - don't spread the word). Also, check out my lens on how to choose bait colors...I think you'll like it! (feel free to spread the word about this). Read All About It!

I've always maintained that large mouth bass are quite easy to catch and that men make WAY too much of a to-do about baits and techniques. I do pretty darn well with a little chartreuse rubbery watchacallum. Nonetheless, you were thorough, so I gave you 5 stars.
