What sets Yuwie apart

At a first glance, Yuwie is like any other "connect with friends" or social networking site. But they have one major difference. You can get paid for using Yuwie!

Just think about it. All these social networking sites (MySpace, Facebook, etc) make thousands of dollars from content that their users create. About time someone gave that money back to the members!

With Yuwie, you get paid to blog, upload pictures, refer friends, chat, or just hang out. You get paid for every page view, even the ones you generate by working on your page!

More about Yuwie

My personal opinion about this social network

Leaving the theory aside, here's an overview of my impressions of Yuwie.

First of all, I don't like the 10 referral levels. In my opinion, it would be better to have just 2 or maybe even 1 referral level. The logic being that you should be rewarded for your personal referring efforts, not someone 9 levels "away". Still, this system works, although in my opinion it rewards the wrong people.

Second, there are occasional glitches on the site, and periods of slow loading. Still, this is a rather new project so I believe it will be fixed eventually.

Third, I'm doubting if people actually register only to make money, and if there's a possibility of creating a real community. I've been pleasantly surprised so far though, since there are plenty of nice and "real" people. There are bots though, too.

To sump up, it's a project that could go both ways, but so far it's very promising. I have even started a Yuwie blog to track my progress. This certainly won't replace Squidoo ? as my #1 online money earning opportunity, but it's worth taking a look at.

3Drag0nz,
I've tried 6dgr as you suggested, however it seems you can only make money if you're from US. Too bad, eh?

Both Yuwie and Zenzuu can't compare to 6dgr. I've talked to over 1800 members from each site. With Zenzuu, it's been open for over 4 months and no one has even gotten paid yet. Zenzuu just pushes back the 1st paydate, month after month. You see, Zenzuu can't make any payments out to anyone until it generates a profit. But if Zenzuu actually tells it's members, that like most businesses it could take years to generate a profit, most would quit and new members would never join.

Yuwie, is not much better. Of the people fifteen hundred plus I talked to, only 3 made money and that's because they have a couple thousand in referrals. Most make < 50 cents a month, even after a year of hard work.

I've made more than everyone's annual income added, minus the three I referred to, just with my 3 days of P/T work at 6dgr.

I'm not having that much luck with Yuwie. Squidoo is much more profitable ;) I know Yuwie works for some people, but for me not so much apparently.

A good thing is that I can add RSS feeds to my Yuwie profile, so I just add my lenses there for some free traffic :)
