- I've tried something very similar to that cabbage soup recipe, and it works well for me. Curbs my appetite, so I don't eat too much of things that are FAR from zero-calorie foods.

- I have to admit that the cabbage soup diet didn't work for me - I love soup too much LOL! I would eat 3 or more large bowls at a time. I love veggies, and going on a mostly vegetarian diet has really helped me to lose weight. Very good lens, 5*****

- I eat lots of those "negative calorie foods" but I think I must eat way more of the plus calorie ones!! I am not wasting away...LOL Good advice to be a responsible eater. Starving yourself never works. Lensrolling and 5 stars...I loved it!

- very useful information for a healthier life, should be more of these pages, because people mostly food sub, there is something on this topic on my site in the category of Japanese quail and their eggs very healthy. on-line but having problems following it.

- So much information on teas, i should start taking my green tea again. You are right with the importance of fibre.. i know quite a few friends who have problem visiting the washroom due to lack of fibre. So fibre is good both for dieting and healthy bowel. This is a gret lens. The sensibility aspect is so important. I also find the tip on seasoning with spices to be helpful, they promote a satiated feeling and have aided me in my strict dieting phase in the past. Thanks for sharing. 5*
