Zilpy.com is a new website that was brought to my attention in a blog that I stumbled upon. This is very equivalent to zillow.com which gives you estimates of property values. So now instead of looking in the newspaper, craigslist, online classifieds, and etc, you can log onto www.zilpy.com and get an estimate of rent comparables. I'm sure once lenders, realtors , and investors get wind of this they will receive several hits.
