Zojirushi Bread Machine bbccx20

I've never made bread until I bought the Zojirushi breadmaker. I always wanted to make bread but thought it would be difficult to make homemade bread. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the Zo machine. After carefully following the directions in the recipe book, I was able to make a delicious loaf of white bread. It was really simple... just throw in the ingredients and put it on the "basic" setting. I was truly amazed by how easy it was to use the bread machine. My boyfriend also loves bread so he's now baking bread in my new Zo machine. Even he can't mess up with this bread machine. I can't wait to try all the other recipes, especially the meat loaf!

This bread machine works just great. I like the quality of the bread. I bake mostly whole wheat and am very satisfied with addition of the gluten product ( though it's a bit difficult to find).The machine runs VERY quietly and turns out an excellent product.

I am very pleased. The machine works beautifully, and is easily cleaned, a baker's dream. The directions are clear, and the options are many. If you can follow directions, you can make awesome bread. I have been baking bread for years, and this beats all my efforts. Everything is controlled. My family loves it!
