Cheap construction, A Huge Disappointment, CAUTION FRAGILE
Of course, you can read all the reviews at Amazon. Overall, people that didn't like it felt that the construction of the Zoom H2 was lower than they expected. It is a light-weight product and will not hold up to being abused on a regular basis. At the same time - most recording equipment will work best if YOU TAKE CARE OF IT!
For others, the system was too complicated for them. That is fine - but if you want a stereo recorder that is easy to take around and records from 4 mic capsules in a W-XY pattern then the Zoom H2 may be right for you.
